I have experience in architecture, construction, furniture design, redesign, teaching, and more. I bring this range of experiences to every project; selecting a room paint color or adding on a kitchen - anything that allows for the opportunity to put creativity, imagination, problen solving and making people happy, together.

Decorating or design consultation begins with a visit to your home or office to help you determine the appropriate plan of action for your project. Whether you are a do-it- yourselfer, or are looking for someone to do it for you, I will help you develope a plan for a Distinctive Decor. Creative tips, advice and ideas will be provided for color schemes, furniture placement, lighting, accessories, window and wall treatments - with your items or new purchases - all according to your budget. Pre construction consultations are also available. Considering the interior design, space planning and unique needs of your family in the early phases of new construction or additions will help ensure that the finished project is everything you dreamed of, without incurring the additional expenses of rework.

From powder rooms to volumous kitchens, I design, detail and help you select everything from the most practical layout to the knob details. I can help you with custom cabinetry or provide you with a layout to purchase from a "big box" and do it yourself. I have over 25 years of design experience in a wide range of disciplines. I provide a wide range of interior design and decorating services to residential and commercial clients. I believe every home deserves to be a distinctive reflection of its family and lifestyle (or owner and company structure). Good design does not have to be expensive, and many of the services I offer work with clients previous purchases.

Give your room and possesions a brand new look, without additional purchases! I have been professionaly trained by the Interior and Arrangers Design Association (think HGTV's Decorating Cents). Using the items and furniture existing in your home, I create a distinctive new arrangement using scale, proportion, texture, light, editing and many other decorating key ideas. Also a list of suggested purchases will be made. This works great if you are downsizing to smaller accomodations or moving to a new location.

Can't fit another item in your closet? Office layout not efficient? Allow me to organize and creat a space plan that works to meet your needs. No project too small (closets) or large (basements). Suggestions will be made as to container purchaes, closet sysyems, etc.
